It was great seeing so many familiar faces at our annual NHLA Golf Tournament. This continues to be our largest event of the year, and every year I am reminded that its value goes well beyond a day on the golf course. It gives our members, partners, and friends an opportunity to step away from the busy season, reconnect, and enjoy some time together. Those relationships are a big part of what makes NHLA such a strong organization.
The success of the Golf Tournament also has an important impact on everything we do throughout the year. The money raised through this event helps support the other programs, educational opportunities, and events that NHLA provides to our members. A big thank you goes out to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, and helped make the day a success. Your continued support allows us to keep investing back into our industry and creating opportunities for our membership.
Next up, we are looking forward to our annual Field Day on September 16. Since the inception of this event, our goal has been to continue building it into an educational and engaging experience for landscape professionals throughout New Hampshire. Each year we learn a little more, add new opportunities, and work to make the event even more valuable for those who attend. We are excited about the momentum behind Field Day and even more excited about where we can take it in the years ahead. Find out more here.
I also want to share that we currently have two vacant seats on the NHLA Board. As we continue to grow the Association and look toward the future, bringing new perspectives and ideas to the table is incredibly important. If you have ever thought about getting more involved with NHLA, helping shape the direction of the Association, or giving back to the industry, we would love to hear from you. You do not need to have prior board experience. What matters most is a willingness to participate, share your perspective, and help us continue moving the association forward.
As we head toward fall, I hope everyone can find a little time to reflect on what has already been a busy season and take advantage of the opportunities to connect with others in our industry. Whether it is on the golf course, at Field Day, serving on the Board, or attending one of our other NHLA events, getting involved reminds us that we are part of something bigger than our individual companies. Thank you for continuing to support NHLA, and I look forward to seeing everyone on September 16.
