Cow Barn – 20 spaces available

• Inside covered on 3 sides
• Power available – will need extension cord
• Approximate size – 14′ x 12′

Sheep Barn – 6 spaces available

• Under cover – open on sides
• Power available – will need extension cord
• Approximate size – 15′ x 15′

Field Spaces – Unlimited space available

• Outside near the horse arena
• No power – you can bring a generator
• No cover – you can bring a tent

• Vendors space is on a first-come, first-serve basis
• You will need to bring your own table and chair(s). If you’re outside, we encourage you to bring your own popup tent
• Vendor space includes up to 5 company representatives
• The Belknap County Fairgrounds requires you to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for general liability coverage. Minimum limits of $1,000,000. All COIs should be emailed to nhla@comcast.net, prior to the events. We appreciate your cooperation!
• ALL payments must be received no later than September 13, 2023 to guarantee your registration. If you need to cancel after September 13, you will incur a 50% processing fee. Thank you for your understanding.
