Vendor Opportunities
- Vendors space is on a first-come, first-serve basis
- All vendor spaces are outdoors in the grassy field. Spaces are approximately 14’ x 24’. If you need a larger space for equipment, just let us know
- You will need to bring your own table and chair(s). If you’re outside, we encourage you to bring your own popup tent
- Vendor space includes up to 2 company representatives,lunch included!
- The Belknap County Fairgrounds requires you to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for general liability coverage. Minimum limits of $1,000,000. All COIs should be emailed to info@nhlaonline.org, prior to the events. We appreciate your cooperation!
- ALL payments must be received no later than September 11, 2024 to guarantee your registration. If you need to cancel after September 11, you will incur a 50% processing fee. Thank you for your understanding.
