This residence, adjacent to Ritson Cove on Governors’ Island in Gilford, NH, was originally three parcels acquired by the same family. The goal was to create a “compound” for gatherings of family and friends, while maintaining the individuality of the properties themselves. The project was completed through 2 phases, over the course of a year and a half, with continued enhancements being added along the way, even a graveyard! Join us with Belknap Landscaping’s Sales/Project Manager, Mike Normandin, who oversaw the entirety of the project, as we walk the property discussing various elements, opportunities and difficulties experienced throughout the process.
