• NHLA reserves the right to refuse ad placement.

• Ad submissions should be sent as PDF files or JPEGs in RGB format and saved at 300 dpi, “high” or “press” quality and at 100% size. Please do not include crop marks or other printer marks except for full page bleed ads.
• Include an embedded link to website/video. The URL in your ad must link to a secure website (https://) and be a maximum video duration of 2 minutes.
• Flattened PDFs are preferred.
• Make sure all fonts and links are embedded, and no OPI settings checked.
• If your file is over 20 MB, please upload your file to one of these file sharing apps: hightail.com, wetransfer.com, or dropbox.com.

Submissions may be sent within the body of an email or attached to the email as a Text Edit, Microsoft Word Document, or Pages document. Please do not send pdf files for articles. Photos, drawings, and other graphics that accompany the article should not be embedded in your text document; but sent separately as 300 dpi JPEGs in RGB color format.

CLASSIFIED ADS
Up to 40 words per classified ad. Listing runs for one month online and in one newsletter. Member Rate: $50 per issue; Non-Member Rate: $75 per issue.

EMPLOYMENT ADVERTISEMENT
75 words, placement in one issue of the NHLA newsletter with placement for up to 3 months on NHLA website. Cost is free to NHLA Members; $75 for Non-Members.

ONLINE INDUSTRY EVENT CALENDAR
$50 for 30-day post ; $75 for 60-day post (Once event occurs, Post automatically ends.)

MONTHLY PRESIDENT’S NOTES
Place your advertisement in the President’s Notes emailed monthly to all NHLA members, sponsors and friends. Ads may include a live link to a website or a video. Deadline is the 15th day of the previous month of publication. (Ex. Deadline for the May issue is April 15.)
