How can NHLA help members meet today’s employment hiring and retention challenges in a competitive labor market? One way is to offer benefits. But most small employers find it difficult and time consuming to figure out how to choose an affordable plan.
On March 22, we’ll explore opportunities in health care and other insurance coverage during a Dinner Meeting at the Puritan Restaurant. Representatives of the National Association of Roads Fuel Association (NARFA) will explain how NHLA members can benefit from working with larger associations using a multiple employer plan. Options include an Employee Assistance Program when dealing with personnel issues.
Andrew Pelkey of North Point Outdoors in Derry will introduce the speakers. Pelkey currently sits on the NARFA board and is running for NHLA vice president.
Reservations are required and limited to 50 participants. This is a meeting you won’t want to miss if you’re ready to meet today’s challenges. Cost and registration details.
SPECIAL COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – The entire program will be held indoors. We will be following current CDC guidelines. Masks will be available, if needed.
