The information on the CD, Landscaping Safety & Health, consists of fact sheets, model programs and references for landscaping companies of NH to comply with federal OSHA safety and health regulations. New Hampshire Small Business Development Center
One of the first sources of information for any small business should be the New Hampshire Small Business Center. At this site you can find information pertaining to business plans, cash flow, frequently asked questions, financing and start up issues including basic business form.

A good local source of information are books written by David "Andy" Bangs, Jr. His titles include: The Business Planning Guide, The Market Planning Guide and others.

Grants
A new federal website has come online that consolidates all grant information from Federal agencies. The site may be accessed at: www.grants.gov and features detailed information and applications - a single online source for grant information and the ability to apply for Federal Grants.

The Office of Federal Finance Management recently issued a policy directive requiring that Federal grant opportunities be posed online as of November 7. The new grants.gov was developed on user input and feedback. Check it out!
